• Review and sign contracts to ensure accuracy of all details
including commission, location and travel arrangements,
etc.
• Mail year end gifts to Speakers Bureaus
» Client

• Send “welcome package” (book, questionnaire, product sheet,
bio and introduction sheet) to new client/cc Speakers Bureau
• Set up phone conference with client and speaker
• Send “thank you” letters at end of job
