Engagement Logistics

Manage calendar – balancing Speakers frequency and job locations
• Manage travel details including air, ground and hotel
• Send daily/weekly updates on new bookings and holds
Speakers Bureaus/Client Relations
• Draft, review and sign contracts
• Send marketing package (book, questionnaire, product sheet, bio and introduction sheet) to Client
and/or Speakers Bureau
• Set up initial phone conference with Client and Speaker
Reporting/Invoicing/Accounting
• Number of bookings (confirmed and holds)
• Invoice Speakers Bureau or Client for Speaker’s fee and expenses
• Invoice for book sales
• Manage accounts receivables including invoices and collection of monies
• Monthly financial report for Speaker
• Net income (year to date and monthly)
